In-stock products are handed to the courier within 24 business hours. Once the order is ready you will receive a tracking number by email.

We accept credit card, bank transfer/EFT, and invoice-based payment for corporate customers. All online transactions are protected with 3D Secure.

All our printing machines are covered by a 24-month manufacturing-and-workmanship warranty starting from the purchase date. Consumables are excluded from the warranty.

In line with the Distance Sales Contract, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days for unused products with intact original packaging. Consumables and made-to-order items are outside the return scope.
